A new digital content strategy was also developed to define the strategic goals, processes and governance required to guide the efficient and sustainable delivery of content on the Better Health Channel website and its related channels.

It described the content development policies, guidelines and tools needed in digital content planning and prioritisation for editorial and long term and seasonal content as well as day to day operations to guide the delivery of content across all channels, in all formats.

Content types were defined in detail for interface, written, interactive and messaging type content and their associated templates for development.
