Chris is a senior strategic advisor and online consultant with over 13 years experience in key government and commercial sectors consulting collaboratively with clients to tackle the challenge of implementing and managing large-scale online environments. She has led major research projects directed at performance evaluation, benchmarking, risk and investment analysis, service improvements and website governance arrangements.
Chris also has an expert knowledge of the requirements for developing targeted web services and a skill set that focuses on user/business needs analysis, functional requirements specifications, online information analysis and information architecture design/development and re-engineering business processes.
As the former General Manager for KnowledgeWorks and eBusiness Director, Government for Sausage, a senior management background in two high profile innovative businesses supports her significant contribution to the online industry.

Jonathan is an expert in online communication. Jonathan works extensively across key sectors of government, banking and education on information management projects. He has led major research projects focusing on governance, web standards, usability, user/business needs analysis, information architecture/development, interface design, collaborative research and participatory design.
Jonathan is also a highly skilled facilitator and trainer. Jonathan has developed and delivered workshops and training sessions for the Department of Infrastructure, Tattersalls, RACV, AMP Henderson, National Australia Bank, and Department of Human Services on writing for the web, practical usability techniques, and business case analysis.
With a degree and career focus on communication, Jonathan's experience in usability is complemented by his background in research, video production, script development, performance and teaching.

Melissa is a senior analyst in organisational information management. She has worked extensively in the key sectors of telecommunications and government in particular on organisational information engineering projects. This role focuses on research, analysis of information access priorities and design and development of comprehensive information flows and structures.
Melissa is extremely competent in specifying database and development requirements and has experience in UML and Entity Relation data modelling techniques.
Melissa has also managed major information management projects in collaboration with technical and strategic planning teams involving the preparation of business cases, vendor analysis & selection, acceptance testing of delivered solutions and system rollout plans including integration of training and train-the-trainer requirements.
